The Discovery Plus channel on Prime Video gives subscribers access to a mass of Discovery Plus programming, including live sports action. Among the sports available through the Discovery Plus channel are tennis, motorsports, cycling, winter sports and even snooker.

LaLiga TV is the home of the top-flight Spanish football league in the UK. It's a dedicated channel run by broadcaster Premier Sports and plays host to a huge number of live La Liga games as well as daily news broadcasts and expert post-game analysis of one of the most exciting soccer leagues on the planet.

MLB.TV

MLB.TV gives subscribers as much baseball action as they can handle. With the Prime Video MLB.TV channel, baseball fans can watch live streams of games as well as on-demand replays of recently ended games. Subscribers can also personalize their MLB.TV channel, being sure to get easy access by picking their favorite team, so long as they are outside of their local market.

MotorTrend

Additionally, Motortrend offers original shows like its signature show Roadkill and popular classic motor TV series like American Chopper, Misfit Garage and Mythbusters.

NBA League Pass

NBA League Pass is a subscription service that gives basketball fans ways to catch up with out-of-market NBA games. As a Prime Video channel, fans can catch up with their favorite teams or favorite players like LeBron James, Steph Curry, Jayson Tatum and more. NBA TV can also be included as part of the NBA League Pass.

Cost: A free trial is available of the NBA League Pass Prime Video channel, after which subscribers can chose between a Single Team Pass for $13.99 per month or and All Team Pass for $14.99 per month.

With the NBA playoffs currently underway, subscribers can add the NBA League Pass channel for $14.99 for the rest of the season.

NBA TV

NBA TV is a premium cable network, but Prime Video subscribers can access it either as a standalone add-on channel or as part of the NBA League Pass channel. With the NBA TV channel, Prime Video subscribers get access to all the programming that airs on NBA TV, which includes original programming and select live games for both the NBA and WNBA.

Cost: Prime Video can try NBA TV with a free trial, then it is $6.99 per month.

Paramount Plus

Paramount Plus has made some noise with its original series, but the streaming service also offers a number of live sports. With the Paramount Plus add-on, Prime Video subscribers can start to stream that live sports content, which includes US and international soccer and as well as CBS NFL coverage.

Cost: Users can try the Paramount Plus add-on as a free trial for seven days, after which it costs $9.99 per month (US) or £6.99 per month (UK).

There are some live sports that Prime Video subscribers have access to without the need of an add-on channel. This includes the WNBA and the NFL's Thursday Night Football.
