When Amazon dropped a couple dozen products a few weeks ago, you might have thought they'd be done for a little while. Turns out they still had a new Fire TV Stick 4K in the works. And it's exciting in that it's the cheapest 4K device you can get from Amazon — and it's added Dolby Vision. (The Fire TV Cube can't even do that.) And for one more trick, they've updated the Alexa Voice Remote with proper TV controls. That's worthy of a "finally!", for sure.

Also, we check in with the new Roku Premiere and Premiere+ streaming boxes.

The CordCutters.com Podcast is a bi-weekly (that is, every two weeks) venture from Phil Nickinson (ye olde @mdrndad on Twitter, and Modern Dad on YouTube), and whomever else happens to join that week.
