Our long national nightmare is over. Again. Dish — which owns Sling TV — and Fox, as expected, have come to terms on a multi-year deal that keeps the latter's content on the former's platforms. The tiff knocked local channels and a handful of networks from Dish, as well as Sling.

In other words, they came to a deal on money, and Fox channels are headed back to Dish and Sling TV. Specifically you should see your local Fox channels back on Sling, as well as FS1, FS2, BTN (that's the Big Ten Network), Fox Soccer Plus, and Fox Deportes.

Here's the official word from Dish:

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Oct. 6, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- DISH Network has reached a multi-year carriage agreement with Fox Corporation for its owned-and-operated local stations, as well as FS1, FS2, BTN, Fox Soccer Plus and Fox Deportes.

In a statement, the company said: "We appreciate our customers' patience as we worked to reach a long-term agreement that restores the Fox networks and local broadcast stations."

Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

So we can all rest easy, for know. And know full well that this will happen yet again at some point to us all.
