Amazon Fire TV Stick Amazon's current deal lands you a Fire TV Stick and three months of MLB.TV. ($99 at Amazon.)

The Amazon Fire Stick isn't necessarily our favorite streamer from Amazon — that nod goes to the Fire TV pendant (and hopefully the upcoming Fire TV Cube). But if you're in need or a secondary kind of stick, Amazon has a decent deal going on through June 8.

For $99, you can get a Fire TV Stick and three free months of MLB.TV (by way the MLB At-Bat app). Doing some back-of-the-napkin math, that's about $15 of savings. But that's also three months of all kinds of baseball that you might not have been watching otherwise. And that's not a bad deal.

And when you're through the three months (which'll take things dangerously close to the pennant races), you can always just cancel the MLB TV subscription, if you want.

A little fine print you need to know, though:

  • Again, this one expires at 11:59 p.m. (Pacific time) June 8, and it's only open to folks in the U.S.
  • One deal per customer and per account.
  • You can't use Amazon gift cards on this one.
  • That MLB.TV subscription will auto-renew at $24.99 a month until you cancel it.
