Patriot Act on Netflix Hasan Minhaj in "Patriot Act" on Netflix. Streams every Sunday.

OK, technically Patriot Act with Hasan Minhaj started on Oct. 28, which is decidedly not November. But it continues through November, and it has a really cool promo photo, so that's good enough for our purposes here. Also, it's looking to be a powerful and poignant piece of comedy "to explore the larger trends shaping our fragmented world." And if that doesn't sound like a good time on a Sunday, I don't know what else does.

Another upper to look forward to this month? The final season of House of Cards. It'll probably end star-spangled upper of some kind. Or awful death and immoral choices being made. Or both.

What else looks good on Netflix in November? Animal House. Maybe other other movies, too, but you always have to come back to Animal House, right?

Know what? Let's just dive into the list, shall we?
